By placing an order with ArtbyKiko.com you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
We aim to deliver within 14 working days but are usually much faster than this. Posted lead times are not a contract and
should not be treated as such although we endeavour to ship well within this. We will contact you if there is to be a delay.
If you are in need of a definite lead time on a painting, please contact us prior to your order.
You are expected to comply with your country's current laws regarding internet purchases.
Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is very important to us so if you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from ArtbyKiko.com
you can return it to obtain a replacement or exchange it for online store credit or a full refund (minus shipping costs)
within 14 days of delivery. It must be in perfect condition along with all original packaging intact.
Please include your full name and address and invoice number and the reason for returning the product.
Returns must be pre-authorised by emailing us at
. Returns should be properly packed and sent at the
customer's expense to the address we provide you during authorisation. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded.
ArtbyKiko will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. Therefore we highly recommend returns be sent
via a traced and insured shipping method.
Limitation of liability
ArtbyKiko.com will not accept any claims for consequential costs.
Claims for damaged items must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery
and note any damage claims with the shipper and report any damage claims to
. Claims received after 3 business days
of delivery will not be processed. Please keep all damaged packaging materials including the box which the shipment arrived in along
with all inside contents. Please understand that packaging materials must be kept in the event that an item is damaged.
If packaging materials are not kept ArtbyKiko cannot process a damage claim.
Most orders can be cancelled without a cancellation / restocking fee as long as the items are not in the process of shipment.
Items that are in the process of shipment cannot be canceled.
Placing of orders
Orders are accepted once payment is made in full. Payment can be made by credit card or by prior arrangement by cash or cheque.
All prices shown are current at time of display although ArtbyKiko.com do not accept liability for pricing errors shown on the ArtbyKiko website.
ArtbyKiko.com reserve the right to refuse to accept your order for any reason and any credit, debit card, cash or cheque transactions.
Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an email to the email address provided with your order. If we do refuse your order we will notify you by email and we will reimburse you any payments made to us.
We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment.

of the customer. All delivery dates are estimates and are not a guarantee. If you require an express service please contact us
by phone or email when placing the order and we will do our utmost to meet your deadline.
Website images and colours may appear differently on different monitors. Whil every effort is made to reproduce the colour on screen
as closely as possible to the actual painting, we cannot guarantee an exact match nor accept any responsibility for any variation in colour
caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Changes to terms and conditions
ArtbyKiko reserves the right to make any changes to this site and its policies, terms, and conditions without notification.
In placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are providing accurate, true,
and complete information and that you have the authority to place the order.
